The sleeper sofa allows two more guests to sleep comfortably.

A complete bedding set is located in the ottoman, where it can be stored when the couch is used.  Additional blankets and pillows are in the bedroom closet.

The television is a ROKU television with many free streaming apps or feel free to log into your own accounts. 

A few basic games with a couple of magazines are in the basket for your entertainment.

The tv remote and the candle remote for the fireless candles are also in the basket.  For the candles,  just point the remote at the candle you want lit and hit ON.

There is a small balcony off the living area.   There are flameless candles or there is a light and a fan if you so desire.

The view from the balcony is amazing!

Please remember, no smoking or vaping on the balcony,  do not lean on the railing, and nothing can be draped on the railing or chairs.
